Keva’s HelpDesk service is due to be launched at Strömberginaukio. The HelpDesk will simplify the process of logging maintenance service requests as in future, all requests will be made using a single telephone number.
The HelpDesk service is provided by Caverio, who will pass the request on to the relevant party. All property maintenance service requests, including those relating to shared facilities, should be made via the HelpDesk on +358 (0)800 156 666. The service is available 24 hours.
